Telephone/e-mail assistance
Arnocanali provides its customers with a telephone number which provides technical and commercial assistance. The Amico Technician Provides technical information for the installation of products and information on regulations, directives, approvals, while the Amico Commercial provides information of a financial nature, on the availability of products at retailers and organizes fast deliveries. Our company policy has always been an icon of Quality, Service and Innovation. In order to always give you an optimal service, it is active from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00 excluding national holidays. Technical support
In the face of many requests received at the headquarters in the last 10 years, from acquired or new customers, a technical support service was created. This service provides the possibility of requesting technical assistance, for a single day or for the entire duration of the project. In this way we will be able to share new ideas, advice and perhaps solve unresolved problems, technically and commercially improving the final result. To request a personal appointment, you must contact the relevant Manager, using the attached form: Arnocanali will handle the request as soon as possible.
Complaints and returns
Arnocanali Spa has always been committed to maintaining the quality of the services offered at the highest levels of the market, however delays and occasional and / or accidental inconveniences could occur as in any company. To this end, we kindly ask you to notify us of any reports of unsatisfactory services, in order to be able to improve them. This procedure concerns complaints relating to “Manufacturing defect, Delay in delivery, Lost material, Returns due to breakage, Billing error, etc.”.

Arnocanali is a dynamic and innovative company, which is why we give our customers the opportunity to present us without any commitment, projects or special creations of customized products, adapting them to any type of object (desks, refrigerated counters, industrial machines, yachts, etc ...) or context (museums, prestigious villas, executive offices, internal design, etc.) without affecting functionality and aesthetics. The group has been collaborating for years with Architects and Engineers who work closely with our design staff to find the best solution and perfect integration of our products.
Customization of aluminum products
The Aluminum department is the flagship of Arnocanali, by company choice we have decided to give our customers the opportunity to customize the product according to their needs. We manage 6-meter bars so that on all aluminum profiles we have the ability to make customizations for length, color (there is a minimum order for color) and interior fittings.
